The Gigabyte Z790 AORUS MASTER (LGA 1700) DDR5 motherboard supports the 13th and 12th Generation Intel® Core™, Pentium® Gold, and Celeron® Processors. The L3 cache varies depending on the CPU.

The motherboard features the Intel® Z790 Express Chipset.

Memory
The Gigabyte Z790 AORUS MASTER supports DDR5 memory modules with speeds ranging from 4800 to 8000MHz (overclocked). It has 4 DDR5 DIMM sockets supporting up to 192 GB (48 GB single DIMM capacity) of system memory. The motherboard supports dual-channel memory architecture and various types of DDR5 memory modules, including ECC un-buffered DIMMs and non-ECC un-buffered DIMMs. It also supports Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules. Onboard Graphics

Audio
The audio on the Gigabyte Z790 AORUS MASTER is powered by the Realtek® ALC1220-VB CODEC and ESS ES9118 DAC chip. It supports high-definition audio and provides 2/4/5.1-channel output. The front panel line out jack supports DSD audio. The motherboard also supports DTS:X® Ultra and features a built-in audio software for audio settings. It includes support for S/PDIF Out.

LAN
