The motherboard uses the Intel® B760 Express Chipset.

Memory:
The Gigabyte B760 GAMING X AX motherboard supports DDR5 memory modules with data rates ranging from 7600 (O.C.) MT/s to 4000 MT/s. It has 4 DDR5 DIMM sockets with support for up to 192 GB of system memory. The motherboard follows a dual-channel memory architecture and supports both ECC un-buffered DIMM and non-ECC un-buffered DIMM modules. It also supports Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules. Onboard Graphics:
